We respectfully request that individuals and service providers grant @cx.cx email addresses the same level of risk control consideration as mainstream email providers.

Introduction

@cx.cx email addresses are allocated by MAO FAMILY to its associated members, friends, partners, and a very limited number of invited individuals. We fully understand the importance of ensuring communication credibility. Therefore, we are proactively publishing this notice and displaying the link to this document on the landing page of the cx.cx domain. This aims to clarify the nature and purpose of email addresses at this domain and eliminate unnecessary concerns.

MAO FAMILY maintains a small club, providing our partners and friends with some convenient and stable services to strengthen relationships. Consequently, we have no intention of operating services offered to the general public in order to reduce management overhead; the @cx.cx email service is no exception.

Stability

@cx.cx has been using Google Workspace email services since June 15, 2020, and has been operating stably ever since. This ensures that @cx.cx benefits from the underlying technical maintenance and security guarantees provided by Google, offering server stability and availability on par with Gmail.

Anti-Abuse

We have adequate anti-abuse measures in place. The email service itself is deployed on the Google Workspace platform, meaning it must, at a minimum, adhere to anti-abuse policies and user agreements equivalent to those for Gmail. Furthermore, we implement stricter anti-abuse configurations for different users, such as: enforcing two-step verification and limiting sending rates.

We have correctly configured all necessary email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. This effectively prevents address spoofing and demonstrates that we are a responsible email-sending domain.

As we do not provide widespread public services, our user base is well-defined. @cx.cx email addresses are highly manageable in practice. We can respond to and address any account-related issues promptly, effectively reducing the risk of abuse through our management mechanisms.
